Responsibilities

• Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the Heart of House area

• Organize used dishes in racks when received from Front of House

• Ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health standards

• Redistribute and resupply all clean dishes to appropriate areas in restaurant to be reused

• Assist in the training and development of new kitchen employees

• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Must be bondable

• Open availability for days, evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as necessary

• Ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

• Cleanliness, organization and time management skills

• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
